1. How do I re-access my folder? The box link does not work anymore from my email.
You can access your folder by visiting box.com and logging in. Your folder should now appear. Please make sure to select Not a part of Cedars Sinaibefore logging in.

2. My browser has timed out or has stopped uploading, what should I do?
You can simply restart the file upload process by logging back into box and dragging the folders or files from where the last files last uploaded. If you find yourself timing out consistently, you can try copying your folders one at a time to avoid timing out.

3. How long will it take me to upload all of my files?
Files upload times depend on your internet service provider. You can check for your estimated upload time on this website here. We recommend for you to leave your uploads on overnight if you are planning to upload a lot of files.

4. I am on a modem/slower speed DSL service, what should I do?
If the Box file upload does not work for you, you still have the option to send over your files manually on a CD/DVD.
